On 25 February 2026, the Group Audit & Compliance Committee along with the PASB Chief Executive Officer – YBhg. Datu Haji Mersal had witnessed the hand-over of duties between CGRM Infocomm Sdn Bhd (“CGRM”) and Crowe Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (“Crowe”).

Crowe replaces the outgoing firm – CGRM, which had served as the internal audit service provider for the PASB Group of Companies focusing on the non-Securities Commission regulated entities. The change follows the completion of 2 contractual terms spanning 4 years since Year 2022 during which time CGRM had provided valuable contributions in strengthening internal controls.

The PASB Group welcomes Crowe as we seek to continuously enhance our internal controls and risk management framework in alignment with the strategic initiatives set out under the Group Strategic Plan 2025-2030.
