PEMBINAAN ASSAR SDN. BHD. was incorporated in 1996 and is a subsidiary of Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd (PASB), a State government-linked company. Its core activity is in the field of construction and civil engineering works.
During the initial years of its formation, Pembinaan ASSAR Sdn. Bhd. mainly focused in managing projects owned by the PASB Group which encompasses sectors like property development, plantation, natural resources and industrial technology services. In line with the robust economic development in Malaysia, Pembinaan ASSAR Sdn. Bhd. has since strived to be actively involved and specialize in construction and project management.
Pembinaan ASSAR Sdn. Bhd. is backed by competent and experienced staff and the company practices quality management system in all aspects of its construction projects and is certified with the ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
