Established in 1995 and based in Kuching, Sarawak, we specialize in providing valuation, settlement and accounting services for beneficial owners, delivering secure and fully compliant back office solutions.

Since its establishment, ANTSB has built a strong reputation for its dedication to providing professional nominee services, acting as an intermediary for various corporate transactions and ensuring the accurate valuations and proper bookkeeping of clients’ securities. ANTSB currently serves as the back office service provider for Amanah Saham Sarawak Berhad (ASSB) and ASSAR Asset Management Sdn Bhd (AAMSB), further strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the industry.
